General Provisions & Scope of Application
1 General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 33bdg platform and all services included within it. They form a binding legal agreement between the user ("you" or "member") and the 33bdg authority ("we", "us", or "platform").
These Terms have been drawn up in accordance with the laws and regulations of Bangladesh and apply to all individuals residing in Bangladesh or accessing the platform from Bangladesh. If any part of these Terms conflicts with applicable law in Bangladesh, that part will be severed and the remaining Terms will continue in full effect.
- The platform is provided for entertainment purposes only.
- All services follow Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
- 33bdg reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; notice will be given on the platform before changes take effect.
- The Bengali version of these Terms shall be considered the authoritative version.
2 Eligibility & Account Registration
To create an account and use the services on the 33bdg platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be 21 years of age or older.
- You are of sound mind and fully capable of taking responsibility for your own actions.
- Only one account is permitted per person — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
- You will not operate an account on behalf of or as a representative of another person.
After registering your account, you are solely responsible for keeping your password and login details completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 33bdg support immediately.
3 Account Verification (KYC)
33bdg follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure a safe and transparent environment. Restrictions on withdrawal amounts may apply until an account is fully verified. The following documents may be requested for verification:
- A valid government-issued identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
- Proof of current address (utility bill, bank statement).
- Additional documents to verify ownership of the payment method.
Providing false or misleading information will result in the account being suspended or closed, and the associated funds may be withheld.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Bonus Policy
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
33bdg processes transactions through the most popular mobile financial services in Bangladesh. Currently accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
Rocket is the mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. 33bdg does not support direct bank transfers.
- Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for each method).
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawal time: Processing is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.
- The account used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the same person's name.
- If there is suspicion of money laundering or fraud, 33bdg reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal and notify the relevant authorities.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
Players receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit at 33bdg. The detailed terms of the bonus are as follows:
- Bonus amount: 100% of the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
- Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus; total balance ৳2,000.
- Example 2: Deposit ৳12,000 and the bonus is capped at ৳5,000; total balance ৳17,000.
- Wagering requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus becomes withdrawable after placing ৳15,000 in bets.
- The wagering requirement is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not the total balance.
- If you wish to withdraw your deposited funds after accepting the bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
- If multiple accounts are used to claim bonus benefits, both accounts will be closed.
33bdg may offer additional promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the promotions page. 33bdg reserves the right to cancel a bonus if the promotion's terms are not met.
6 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33bdg platform:
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Using a false identity, fake documents, or a third party's information.
- Placing artificial or coordinated bets to fulfil bonus requirements (bonus abuse / arbitrage).
- Deliberately exploiting errors or bugs in the platform's software.
- Using hacking, phishing, or any other harmful technology.
- Using third-party software or bots to place automated bets.
- Engaging in fraudulent collusion with other players.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
If such activities are detected, 33bdg reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the relevant account and withhold funds.
Betting Rules, VIP & Responsible Gaming
7 Betting Rules & General Game Rules
All betting activities on 33bdg are conducted on principles of fairness and transparency. The following rules apply to all games and betting sections:
- Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled or changed, except in the case of a technical error.
- The outcome of all games is determined by a random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer; results are not altered under any circumstances.
- Markets described in sports betting are provided as general examples; no specific match, date, or live result is displayed.
- 33bdg is not liable for losses caused by technical issues or loss of connection.
- Game providers may have their own rules that apply alongside the general rules of 33bdg.
8 VIP & Loyalty Program
33bdg rewards regular players across three VIP tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
- Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
- Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
Players can advance to higher tiers by remaining regularly active. 33bdg reserves the right to revoke VIP status if abuse of VIP benefits or fraudulent activity is detected. Cashback benefits will be forfeited if not claimed within the specified period.
9 Responsible Gaming
33bdg believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a solution to financial problems. We place the highest importance on responsible gaming:
- Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their own accounts.
- Temporary or permanent self-exclusion is available if needed.
- If you feel that gaming is getting out of your control, contact 33bdg support immediately.

Game software is the intellectual property of the respective providers, and their licence terms apply.
12 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 33bdg will not be liable for:
- Loss caused by internet disconnection or device-related issues.
- Loss resulting from your own negligence or breach of these Terms.
- Failure of third-party software or services.
- Direct or indirect loss caused by unforeseen technical errors or server outages.
33bdg always ensures fair play and, when a problem arises, conducts a proper investigation and works to provide a fair resolution.
13 Amendments to Terms & Account Termination
33bdg reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. A notice will be provided on the platform for important changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
Reasons for account closure:
- Voluntary closure at the user's own request.
- Serious violation of these terms and conditions.
- Evidence of fraudulent activity or fraud.
- Due to prolonged inactivity.
If any valid funds remain at the time of account closure, they will be returned provided there has been no violation of the terms and conditions. Funds may be withheld while an investigation is ongoing.
